Event Manager Screenshots

The following example screens highlight some of the functionality that Member Manager includes to automate and simplify the setup of new events, and how the members view and purchase tickets to these events on the website.

Adding/editing new events

This screen enables you to:

• Easily add new and edit existing events at predefined venues (venues can be used repeatedly)
• Specify the maximum number of tickets, enabling the system to reduce number available after each purchase
• Specify event dates, start and finish times, duration and recurrence
• Setup multiple ticket prices for different member types

View events on the website

Website visitors / members can:

• View event details including time and location
• Securely book and pay for events online
  

Relevant member pricing will be displayed for different member types. Pricing updates for different member types when they login.

Purchase tickets to events on the website

Visitors / members can:

• Opt to purchase multiple tickets for an event
• Proceed to the secure checkout to complete payment for their event registration
