What if I already have a website?

Member Manager can be inserted ‘under’ your existing website. There are a few ways in which this can happen. You can reference the desired functionality from your existing site (either in a frame or using a new window), or you could move your existing site into Member Manager. The first is akin to a member extranet, the second is a fuller integration.


What happens to all our current member data and systems?

During the implementation of Member Manager we will spend some time looking at current data and importing it into the system. We may also provide some advice on what data is useful from an online marketing perspective if needed. Member Manager can hold a variety of data and fields, some of which needs to be structured correctly to allow the system to automate member and events management processes.


How long does it take to implement the system?

Generally Member Manager takes around six weeks to implement. It is possible to deploy more quickly than this, but generally speaking 6 weeks is realistic. More information on implementing Member Manager


What software and hardware do I need to have to use Member Manager?

Member Manager is a fully hosted online application, this means that you need minimal software (which you almost certainly already have). You need an internet connected PC or MAC and an up to date internet browser…. Nothing else!


Can I see an example of Member Manager in action?

Yes – if you contact Lcubed they can arrange for you to access a demonstration site so you can see how it all fits together. They will ask you a few questions about your member organisation and give you some advice on using the system.


What if I already have an email marketing system?

You do not have to use (or pay for) all of the functional areas of Member Manager, if you already have one of the functional areas covered. The system is modular so you can select which elements you need. Some of the functions are however tied together, please contact Lcubed for more information.
